£7 per hour. Potential to earn up to £9 per hour after 3 months.
Our Call Centre is continuously growing, and as a result we are regularly recruiting Call Centre Operators for both day and split shifts.
We take on full time and part time employees who can work weekends. Previous experience in a call centre is preferable. Excellent communication skills and an understanding of customer services is essential. Please note that we carry out telephone interviews, typing and spelling tests for these roles.

Job Function:
To take bookings from customers in an efficient and timely manor.
Location:
The job is located either at the company's Head Office or from home.
Main Duties:
To take bookings from customers in an efficient and timely manner and any other duties required by management.
Essential Skills:
Typing and spelling.
Advantage:
Previous Call Centre experience, industry knowledge or ROCS experience.
People Dealt With:
- Customer Relations

- Supervisors, Managers and Directors

The jobholder will at all times:

Hours:
Shifts start at 5am to 2pm , 10am to 7pm, 2pm to 10pm with one hour for lunch.
Special Circumstances:
From time to time it may be necessary for the jobholder to be flexible in meeting the needs of the company and it's customers. This may require the jobholder to work extra hours or carry out other duties, which are not listed in this description.
