JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title:
Sales Executive.
Main Function of Job
To sell The Heritage Chauffeur Company to clients and open accounts.
Location
Based at The companies main office, as well as visiting clients in and around London and possibly overseas.
Essential Skills
- Must have Excellent phone manner.
- Efficient time management.
- Ability to make high volume cold calls.
- Well presented / corporate attire essential.
Main Duties
- Using the various sources such as databases, directories and the internet to phone prospective customers.
- To facilitate the procedure of opening an account.
- To make 60+ phone calls per day.
- Building relationships with key decision makers and clients.
- Liaise directly with the Managing Director.
- Any other duties as required by Management.
People Dealt With
Clients, Managers and Directors.
Equipment Used
MS Outlook, MS Office, phone system and all other systems used within the Heritage.
Performance Standards
The jobholder will at all times:
- The highest level of confidentiality is required at all times. Under no circumstances can any company information be discussed outside of the department.
- Be polite, courteous and professional when communicating with clients, potential customers and staff.
- Ensure that at every opportunity that the services of the company are being promoted and marketed in a courteous and professional manner.
- Make every effort to ensure that customer expectations are being met.
- Be smart and well groomed at all times, ensure that your appearance meets the high expectations of the Company.
Hours
Normal hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Special Circumstances
From time to time it may be necessary for the jobholder to be flexible in meeting the needs of the company and its customers. This may require the jobholder to work extra hours or carry out other duties, which are not listed in this description.
